Main Street in Prattville, AL.  The Property contained ± 1.57 acres of land and a partially demolished building.  The remaining building will be demolished by the Purchaser.  The land was zoned B-2.  The Sales Price was $150,000.00 or $2.19/S.F.

John Stanley, CCIM has represented McLemore Plantation, LTD in the sale of ± 340.82 acres located on Vaughn Road in Pike Road, Alabama.  The property was purchased by Lowder New Homes, Inc. for the development of a single family residential neighborhood.  The sales price was $1,448,900.00 for ±134.23 developable acres ($10,794/developable acre).

John Stanley, CCIM has represented McClurkin Family, LLC in the sale of ± 85.64 acres located on Vaughn Road in Pike Road, Alabama.  The Buyer was Lowder New Homes, Inc. for the development of a single family residential neighborhood.  The sales price was $1,027,680.00 ($12,000.00/AC).

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Boyd Investments, LLC in the sale of a ± 2.87 acre parcel located on Eastchase Parkway, Montgomery, Alabama.  The parcel is zoned B-2.  The buyer was MBM 03, Inc.  The purposed use of the property is not determined.  The sales price was $1,250,000.00 ($10.00/S.F.).

Lee Meriwether, CCIM has represented WPB&B Associates, LLC in the sale of a ± 51,080 S.F. Office Building located at 3815 Industrial Park Drive, Montgomery, AL 39109.  The Office Building was located on ± 2.08 Acres of land zoned B-4.  The Sales Price was $2,000,000.00.

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Caddell Construction Company, LLC in the sale of an office/warehouse property located at 2700 Lagoon Park Drive, Montgomery, Alabama, formerly the headquarters of Caddell Construction Company.  The property consists of ± 26.72 acres including a ± 46,559 S.F. office building and a ± 16,639 S.F. warehouse building.  The Buyer was Schilleci Bragg, LLC.  The sales price was $3,000,000.00.

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently completed a sale of a Medical Office Building located at 2101 and 2113 Chestnut Street, Montgomery, AL.  The Seller was Advanced Surgical Properties, LLC and the Buyer was Cedar Hill Group, LLC.  The Sales Price was $510,000.00.
