John C. Stanley, CCIM has represented Big Sky, LLC in the sale of a new Dollar General retail facility located at 8990 Atlanta Highway, Montgomery, AL.  The ± 9,100 S.F. investment property sold for $1,590,000.00 representing a 6.37 cap rate.

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Southern Orthopaedic Surgeons, LLC in the leasing of ± 3,900 S.F. of office space located at 7-9 Cambridge Court, Wetumpka, AL.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.

SOLD – 3121 ZELDA COURT, MONTGOMERY, AL – JULY 27, 2016

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently represented Regions Bank in the sale of a ± 8,500 S.F. Office building located at 3121 Zelda Court, Montgomery, AL. 36106. The Buyer was River Region United Way. The sales price is undisclosed.

LEASED – ±24,563 RSF, OFFICE SPACE, MONTGOMERY, ALABAMA – JULY 19, 2016

John Stanley, CCIM has represented the Alabama Home Builders Self Insurers Fund in the leasing of ± 24,563 RSF of Class “A” office space at Halcyon Pointe III.  The tenant is Equian, LLC.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.
