John Stanley, CCIM has represented Synovus Bank in the sale of a 1.52 acre lot located on Alabama Hwy 14 in Millbrook, AL.  The Buyer is Standing Boy Properties, LLC.  The sales price was $475,000.00 ($7.16/S.F.).



SOLD - BANK BUILDING, MONTGOMERY, AL.– NOVEMBER 30, 2016

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Liberty Bank & Trust Company in the purchase of a ± 11,560 S.F. bank building located at 4141 Carmichael Road, Montgomery, AL.  Formerly owned and occupied by Iberia Bank, the property will be occupied by Liberty Bank as a bank facility with executive offices.  The sales price of the property is undisclosed.
