Lee Meriwether, CCIM and, John Stanley, CCIM sold ± 98.77 acres located in the Glennbrooke Subdivision in Prattville, AL.  The Seller was Greenacres, LLC and Greenacres II, LLC and the Buyer is SMB Land, LLC. The sales price was $1,040,000.00 ($25,000.00 / usable acre).
