John Stanley, CCIM has represented Caddell Construction Company, LLC in leasing ± 43,469 S.F. of Class “A” office space located in the RSA Dexter Avenue Building, Montgomery, AL.  The space will serve as the location of Caddell Construction’s home office.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently completed a long-term lease transaction between Cobalt Realty, Inc. (Lessor) and Statewide Healthcare Services, Inc. (Lessee) for ± 3,000 square feet of office space located at 4770 Woodmere Blvd., Montgomery, Alabama, 36106.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.

John Stanley, CCIM has represented AUM Climate Control, LLC in the sale of a ± 30,250 S.F. lot located on Taylor Road at I-85 to Waffle House, Inc.  The sales price was $250,000.00 ($8.26/S.F.).
