Murfee Trust and Ferry Cut, Ltd. in the sale of ± 232 acres located on U.S. Hwy. 82, Prattville, Alabama.  The Buyer was FRA l, LLC, et al.  The Buyer intends to develop the Property as a mixed-use healthcare and residential project.  The sales price was $3,029,030.00 ($13,056/AC.).

SOLD – ± 5,770 S.F. OFFICE BUILDING, MONTGOMERY, AL. JUNE 6, 2022

John Stanley, CCIM has represented HCS Properties, LLC in the sale of a ± 5,770 S.F. office building located at 5921 Carmichael Road, Montgomery, Alabama.  The Buyer was Danita and Wilbert Johnson.   The sales price was $330,000.00 ($57.19/S.F.).


SOLD – RESTAURANT PROPERTY, PRATTVILLE, AL. JUNE 3, 2022

John Stanley, CCIM has represented KAIYA 003, LLC in the sale of a restaurant property, formerly Fazoli’s, located at 789 Business Park Dr., Prattville, Alabama.  The building is ± 3,500 S.F. located on ± 1.26 acres.  The Buyer was HHSC Prattville, LLC.   The sales price was $1,700,000.00.

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Montgomery Enterprise 3, LLC in leasing an existing convenience store located at 5670 Atlanta Hwy, Montgomery, AL.   The terms of the lease are undisclosed.
