Lee Meriwether, CCIM and John Stanley, CCIM recently completed the sale of a ± 1.35 Acre vacant commercial lot fronting Chantilly Parkway in Montgomery, AL.  The property is zoned B-2.  The sales price was $400,000.00 ($6.80/S.F.).

Lee Meriwether, CCIM has represented the law firm of Webb McNeill Walker, PC in leasing  ± 10,467 RSF of office space located at One Commerce Street in Montgomery, AL.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.

Lee Meriwether, CCIM and John Stanley, CCIM have transacted the sale of a ± 13,490 S.F. Class “A” office building located at 7475 Halcyon Pointe Drive in Montgomery, AL.  The Seller was Montgomery Venture Properties, LLC and the Buyer was Gardenia Cove Properties, LLC.  The sales price was $1,462,500.00 ($108.41/S.F.).
