Mark Dauber has represented P & B, LLC in the sale of a ± 7,000 S.F. office / warehouse property located at 619 E. Jefferson Street, Montgomery, AL.  The Buyer was Backstage Ventures, LLC.  The sales price was $285,000.00 ($40.70 / S.F.).
