John Stanley, CCIM has represented JLJB, LLC in the sale of a ± 3,786 S.F. office building located at 458 So. Lawrence St., Montgomery, AL.  The Buyer was NeSmith and NeSmith, LLC.  The sales price as $222,000.00 ($58.64/S.F.)
