John Stanley, CCIM has represented McLemore Plantation, Ltd. in the sale of ± 100 acres located on Wallahatchie Road, Pike Road, Alabama.  The Buyer was The Town of Pike Road Board of Education.   The sales price was $1,450,000.00 ($14,500/AC.).

SOLD – ± 56.89 ACRES, PIKE ROAD, AL. APRIL 15, 2022

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Flatiron Farms, LLC in the purchase of ± 56.89 acres, with an existing house, located at 3620 Marler Road, Pike Road, Alabama.  The Sellers were Ray and Jeanie Shaw.  The sales price was $800,000.00 ($14,062.22/AC.).


LEASED – ± 5,235 RSF, CLASS “A” OFFICE SPACE, MONTGOMERY, AL. MARCH 10, 2022

John Stanley, CCIM has represented the Alabama Home Builders Self Insurers Fund in the leasing of ± 5,235 S.F. of Class “A” office space located at Halcyon Pointe I, 7515 Halcyon Summit Dr., Montgomery, AL.  The tenant is Volkert, Inc.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.  


SOLD – OFFICE BUILDING, PRATTVILLE, AL. MARCH 14, 2022

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Hancock Whitney Bank in the sale of a ± 33,176 S.F. office building on ± 1.96 acres located at 124 W. Main Street in Prattville, Alabama.  The Buyer is The Cooperative District of The City of Prattville, Alabama.  The sales price was $1,300,000.00.
