Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently represented Cobalt Realty, LLC in a lease of ± 41,150 S.F. of retail space located at 2340 E. South Boulevard in Montgomery, Alabama.  The tenant is Friendship Mission, Inc. and the space will be used as a thrift store.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.
