(U.S. Hwy. 80) and Arrowhead Dr. South to The Broadway Group, LLC.  The sales price was $325,180.00 ($5.00/S.F.).  The property will be developed as a Dollar General retail facility.

John Stanley, CCIM has represented A.J. McLemore Development Properties, LLC in the sale of 3.78 acres located at the corner of Atlanta Hwy. (U.S. Hwy 80) and South Arrowhead Dr.  The Buyer was Dixie Electric Cooperative.  The sales price was $300,000 ($1.82/S.F.).
