Lee Meriwether, CCIM has represented Coastal Beach Investments, LLC in the lease of ± 6,300 S.F. of office space located at 9532 Wynlakes Place, Montgomery, AL.  The Tenant is Specialized Alternatives for Families and Youth of Alabama, Inc.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.  

Lee Meriwether, CCIM and John Stanley, CCIM recently completed the sale of a ± 1.63 Acre commercial lot located at the corner of Chantilly Parkway and Chantilly Parkway Place in Pike Road, Alabama. The Sales price was $639,666.00 or $9.00/S.F. The property is zoned B-2. The Seller was Pelham, et al and the Buyer was Marion Community Bank. The Site will be developed as Marion Community Bank�s first location in Pike Road, Alabama.

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Five East, Ltd. in the sale of ± 2.85 acres located on Eastchase Parkway in Montgomery, AL.  The Buyer was RAM Montgomery Hospitality Two, LLC.  The property will be developed as a four (4) story, 96 room, Residence Inn by Marriott.  The sales price was $813,784.00 ($6.56/S.F.).

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Five East, Ltd. in the sale of ± 2.45 acres located on Eastchase Parkway in Montgomery, AL.  The Buyer was RAM Montgomery Hospitality Three, LLC.  The property will be developed as a four (4) story, 97 room, Home2 Suites by Hilton.  The sales price was $1,032,992.00 ($9.68/S.F.).

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Mitylene Development, Inc. in the sale of an office lot located on Mitylene Park Lane, Montgomery, AL.  The lot will be developed in conjunction with two (2) other lots previously purchased by Dr. Ashley McIntyre for his medical office building currently under construction for East Montgomery Christian Family Medicine.  The sales price was $135,613.26 ($7.125/S.F.).
