Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently represented S & S Partnership, LLC in the sale of a ± 5,000 S.F. office/warehouse building located at 5991 Monticello Drive.  The property is zoned B-2.  The sales price was $240,000.00 ($48.00/S.F.). 

John Stanley, CCIM has represented the Montgomery Area Council on Aging (MACOA) with the purchase of the property located at 321 No. Lawrence St.   The site consists of 16,117 S.F. and is zoned Smart Code.  The existing structure will eventually be demolished by MACOA.  The sales price was $140,000.00 ($8.68/S.F.).
