The building is 3,491 S.F. and the lot is 1.26 acres. The Buyer plans to remodel the building for use as another national chain restaurant. The Seller was Ruby Tuesday, Inc. The sales price was $825,000.00 ($236.32/S.F.).

John Stanley, CCIM has represented The Alabama Workers Compensation Self Insurance Fund in the sale of a 12,088 S.F. office building located at 4217 Lomac Street. The Buyer is Alabama State Employees Credit Union (ASECU) which will use the property as its headquarters, administration office and data center. The sales price was $900,000.00 ($74.45/S.F.).
