John Stanley, CCIM and Lee Meriwether, CCIM have represented Montgomery Colonial Property, LLC in leasing an additional 9,230 RSF of office space at Capitol Commerce Center to the Alabama Department of Transportation (ALDOT).  The terms of the Lease are undisclosed.
