Burbank Dr., Montgomery, AL.  The property consists of 337 multi-family units on 27.25 acres of land.  The Seller was Village Green, LLC.  The sales price was $11,275,000.00 ($33,450/unit).

SOLD – ± 24 ACRES, LEE COUNTY, ALABAMA- JULY 31, 2015

Lee Meriwether, CCIM currently represented the Alabama Department of Transportation in the purchase of ± 24 Acres located along Hwy 280 in Lee County, Alabama.  The terms of the sale are undisclosed.

SOLD – MEDICAL OFFICE LOT, Montgomery, AL – July 29, 2015

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Mitylene Development, Inc. in the sale of an office lot located on Mitylene Park Lane, Montgomery, AL.  The lot will be developed in conjunction with two (2) other lots previously purchased by Dr. Ashley McIntyre for his medical office building currently under construction for East Montgomery Christian Family Medicine.  The sales price was $135,613.26 ($7.125/S.F.).

LEASED– ± 8,795 RSF, OFFICE SPACE, MONTGOMERY, AL–July 20, 2015

John Stanley, CCIM has represented the Alabama Banker’s Association in leasing ± 8,795 RSF of Class A office space in the RSA Dexter Avenue Building, 445 Dexter Ave., Montgomery, AL.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.

LEASED - ± 48,181 S.F. OFFICE SPACE, MONTGOGMERY, AL –JULY 13, 2015

Lee Meriwether, CCIM has recently represented Sykes Enterprises, Inc. in the negotiation of a long term lease for ± 48,181 S.F of Class A office space located at 201 Technacenter Drive.  The space will be used for a new call center and could employ up to 500 new jobs in Montgomery.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.
