John Stanley, CCIM has represented Jackson Hospital & Clinic, LLC in its purchase of the former Metro Fitness property located at 7150 Halcyon Park Drive, Montgomery, AL.  The property consists of a ± 17,588 S.F. fitness center on ± 2.18 acres.  The Buyer plans to refurbish and reopen the property as a fitness and wellness facility in summer of 2021.  The Seller was Garzon Properties, LLC.  The sales price for the property was $2,050,000.00 ($116.55/S.F.).


SOLD – FLEX BUILDING, MONTGOMERY, AL. APRIL 20, 2021

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently represented Avadian Credit Union on the sale of a ± 14,050 S.F. office / warehouse building located at 5506 Wares Ferry Road in Montgomery, Alabama.  The property is zoned B-3 and contains ± 1.29 Acres of land. The Buyer was Custom Cabinet Renovations.  The sales price was $350,000.00 ($24.91/S.F.). 


LEASED – ± 4,200 S.F., SHOPS AT PIKE ROAD, PIKE ROAD, AL. DECEMBER 15, 2020

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Jackson Hospital & Clinic, Inc. in leasing ± 4,200 S.F. of space at Shops at Pike Road (Publix Shopping Center) for use as an urgent care facility. The Lessor is Shops at Pike Road, LLC.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.  

SOLD – ± 1.8 ACRE PARCEL, EASTCHASE PARKWAY, MONTGOMERY, AL. AUGUST 6, 2020

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Boyd Investments, LLC in the sale of a ± 1.8 acre parcel (58,332 usable S.F.) located at 8565 Eastchase Parkway, Montgomery, AL.  The Buyer was Halle Properties, LLC and the use will be a Discount Tire facility.  The sales price was $900,000.00 which represents $15.43/usable S.F.


SOLD – ± 2.04 AC. EXTENDED STAY SITE, MONTGOMERY, AL., JUNE 19, 2020

John Stanley, CCIM has represented LG APT AL Montgomery Eastern, LLC in the purchase of a ± 2.04 acre parcel of land located at the corner of Woodmere Blvd. and Haskell Drive, Montgomery, AL. The Seller was Marlunco Investments, LLLP.  The property will be developed as a stayApt Suites, an extended stay hotel.  The sales price was $533,860.74 ($6.00/S.F.).
