John Stanley, CCIM has represented KAIYA 003, LLC in the sale of a restaurant property, formerly Fazoli’s, located at 789 Business Park Dr., Prattville, Alabama.  The building is ± 3,500 S.F. located on ± 1.26 acres.  The Buyer was HHSC Prattville, LLC.   The sales price was $1,700,000.00.

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Montgomery Enterprise 3, LLC in leasing an existing convenience store located at 5670 Atlanta Hwy, Montgomery, AL.   The terms of the lease are undisclosed.

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Schilleci Distribution Property, LLC in the sale of a 4,167 S.F. restaurant property located at 5471 Atlanta Highway, Montgomery, AL.  The Buyer was Georgiana Convenience, LLC.  The tenant is El Jalisco Mexican Restaurant.    The sales price was $625,000.00 ($150.00/S.F.) representing an 8.6% cap rate.


SOLD – ± 52,250 S.F. MINI WAREHOUSE PROPERTY, PRATTVILLE, AL. MARCH 4, 2022

John Stanley, CCIM has represented RPM- UCT, LLC, et al in the purchase of The Storage Barn located at 1795 The Exchange North, Prattville, Alabama.  The Property consists of 448 rental storage units plus exterior parking spaces for RV’s, boats and trailers on ± 5.25 acres.  The total area of the rental storage units is ± 52,250 S.F.  The Seller was Storage Barn, LLC.  The sales price was $6,700,000.00.
