SOLD - TWO MEDICAL OFFICE LOTS, MONTGOMERY, AL – March 30, 2015

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Mitylene Development, Inc. in the sale of two (2) office lots located on Mitylene Park Lane, Montgomery, AL. Both lots will be developed as a 8,098 S.F. medical office facility by Dr. Ashley McIntyre, D/B/A East Montgomery Family Medicine. The sales price was $269,435.30 ($7.25/S.F.).

Lee Meriwether, CCIM has represented U.S. AmeriBank in the lease of ± 3,394 S.F. of office space located at 2740 Zelda Road, Montgomery, AL. The tenant is the Assisted Living Association of Alabama, Inc. The terms of the lease are undisclosed.

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Montgomery Colonial Property, LLC in leasing an additional ± 2,981 RSF of office space at Capitol Commerce Center, Montgomery, AL. With this expansion, Hancock Bank will occupy 62,594 RSF at Capitol Commerce Center. The terms of the lease are undisclosed.
