John Stanley, CCIM has represented Alabama Home Builders Self Insurers Fund in leasing ± 4,255 RSF of Class “A” office space located at 7515 Halcyon Summit Drive, Montgomery, AL.  The tenant is Caliber Home Loans, Inc.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently represented The Ciera Group in the sale of a ± 2,143 S.F. office condo located at 2800 Zelda Rd. in Montgomery, AL.  The sales price was $90,000.00.

Lee Meriwether, CCIM completed the sale of a ± 6,516 S.F. office building located at 4249 Lomac St. in Montgomery, AL.  The Seller was Mask Properties, LLC and the Buyer was Lomac Street, LLC.  The sales price was $250,000.00.
