Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently completed the sale of a ± 1,794 S.F. office building located at 611 S. Lawrence Street, Montgomery, Alabama 36104. The property was zoned T-4- R (smart code). The Seller was Jeffrey K. Eng and the Buyer was Terrence Joseph Willis. The sales price was $70,000.00.

The building size was ± 20,504 S.F.; the lot size was ± 1.34 acres and zoned M-1. The Seller was Regions Bank and the Buyer was Capital Real Estate Holdings, LLC. The sales price was $450,000.00 ($21.93 S.F.).

John Stanley, CCIM has represented the Montgomery Area Council on Aging (MACOA) with the purchase of the property located at 321 No. Lawrence St.   The site consists of 16,117 S.F. and is zoned Smart Code.  The existing structure will eventually be demolished by MACOA.  The sales price was $140,000.00 ($8.68/S.F.).

John Stanley, CCIM has represented C P Properties, LLC in the leasing ± 1,540 RSF of office space located at 6925 Halcyon Park Dr., Montgomery, AL.  The tenant is Legacy New Homes, LLC.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.
