LEASED – ± 4,200 S.F., SHOPS AT PIKE ROAD, PIKE ROAD, AL. DECEMBER 15, 2020

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Jackson Hospital & Clinic, Inc. in leasing ± 4,200 S.F. of space at Shops at Pike Road (Publix Shopping Center) for use as an urgent care facility. The Lessor is Shops at Pike Road, LLC.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.

John Stanley, CCIM has represented the Alabama Home Builders Self Insurers Fund in leasing ± 4,469 RSF of Class “A” office space located at Halcyon Pointe III.  The Tenant is Marion Bank & Trust Company.   The terms of the lease are undisclosed.
