Nim Frazer, SIOR has represented Sterling Bank in the sale of an office/warehouse property located at 4285 Alatex Road, Montgomery, AL.  The property consists of a ± 16,000 S.F. building (± 2,476 S.F. office/showroom and ± 13,524 S.F. warehouse) located on ± 5.07 acres.  The Buyer was Logis Tech, L.L.C.  The sales price was $375,000.00.

Forbes Dr., fronting North Boulevard.  The building is ± 2,189 S.F. and the lot is ± 2.37 Ac. The sales price was $185,000.  The name of the Buyer is undisclosed.

Lee Meriwether, CCIM has represented Premier Holdings, LLC in the purchase of an outparcel fronting Taylor Road.  The outparcel is a part of the Publix anchored shopping center called Cornerstone.  The site was ± 1.54 acres and sold for $805,000.00 ($12.00/S.F).  The site will be developed as a new Burger King restaurant.
