John Stanley, CCIM has represented Watson & Schendell Properties, LLC in the sale of a     ± 4,178 S.F. office building located at 8325 - 8329 Crossland Loop in Montgomery, Alabama.  The Buyer was Dirt Road Dreamhouse, LLC.  The sales price was $395,000.00 ($94.54/S.F.) representing an 8.25 cap rate.

Nim Frazer, SIOR has represented Rebecca Vaughn and Elizabeth Calhoun in the sale of ± 30.05 acres located on U.S. Hwy 80 West, across from Dannelly Field, in Montgomery, AL.  The property is zoned M-1 and was sold to KOAM, LLC.  The sales price was $270,000.00.

The square footage of all three (3) buildings was ± 8,000 S.F.  The Buyer was J.C. Federal Properties, LLC.  The sales price was $225,000.00 ($28.13/S.F.).
