John Stanley, CCIM and Nim Frazer, SIOR have represented Cowin Investment Company in the sale of an office/warehouse property located at 3120 Hayneville Road, Montgomery, AL. The property consists of a ± 16,628 S.F. building located on ± 4.38 acres.  The Buyer was 3120 Hayneville Road, LLC. The sales price was $400,000.00 ($24.05/S.F.).

John Stanley, CCIM has represented East Boulevard Investments, LLC in leasing ± 6,021 S.F. of office space located at 2641 East Boulevard in Montgomery, AL.  The tenant is T.E.A. Christian Academy, Inc.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed. 

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Robby and Rhonda Wilbanks in the purchase of property located at 64 Bell Road in Montgomery, AL.  The property consists of a ± 15,500 S.F. lot with a ± 1,418 S.F. retail building. The sales price was $250,000.00.

Mark Dauber has represented TVM Investment Properties, LLC in the sale of two (2) outparcels located at THE SHOPS AT PIKE ROAD in Pike Road, Alabama.  Lot 2 consists of ± 40,840 S.F. and sold for $653,440 ($16.00/S.F.).  Lot 3 consists of ± 44,994 S.F. and sold for $719,904 ($16.00/S.F.).  The Buyer of both lots was San Marcos Mexican Restaurant- Pike Road, Inc.

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Capitol Container, Inc. in the purchase of an office/warehouse property located on 5.48 acres at 6020 Monticello Drive in Montgomery, AL.  The primary building consists of ± 5,250 S.F. of improved office area, and ± 36,250 S.F. of warehouse area with loading docks.  A secondary building consists of ± 12,500 S.F. of warehouse area.  The sales price was $1,675,000.00 ($31.00/S.F.).

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Schilleci Eastchase, LLC in negotiating a new long-term lease with El Taco Shop, Inc. for an expansion of its space to 3,356 S.F. at 3267 Malcolm Drive, in Montgomery, AL. The terms of the Lease are undisclosed. 

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Five East, Ltd. in the sale of ± 2.85 acres located on Eastchase Parkway in Montgomery, AL.  The Buyer was RAM Montgomery Hospitality Two, LLC.  The property will be developed as a four (4) story, 96 room, Residence Inn by Marriott.  The sales price was $813,784.00 ($6.56/S.F.).

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Five East, Ltd. in the sale of ± 2.45 acres located on Eastchase Parkway in Montgomery, AL.  The Buyer was RAM Montgomery Hospitality Three, LLC.  The property will be developed as a four (4) story, 97 room, Home2 Suites by Hilton.  The sales price was $1,032,992.00 ($9.68/S.F.).

McLemore Development Properties, LLC in the sale of a ± 10.03 acre multifamily property, zoned R-65-M, located on Halcyon Pointe Drive in Montgomery, AL.  The Buyer was Montgomery Senior Housing, LLLP.  The property will be developed in two (2) phases as the Willow Oak Trace Apartments for Seniors.  The sales price was $772,947.76 ($77,063.59/AC.).
