Lee Meriwether, CCIM has recently represented Sykes Enterprises, Inc. in the negotiation of a long term lease for ± 48,181 S.F of Class A office space located at 201 Technacenter Drive.  The space will be used for a new call center and could employ up to 500 new jobs in Montgomery.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.

SOLD – 4285 ALATEX RD., MONTGOMERY, AL – July 8, 2015

Nim Frazer, SIOR has represented Sterling Bank in the sale of an office/warehouse property located at 4285 Alatex Road, Montgomery, AL.  The property consists of a ± 16,000 S.F. building (± 2,476 S.F. office/showroom and ± 13,524 S.F. warehouse) located on ± 5.07 acres.  The Buyer was Logis Tech, L.L.C.  The sales price was $375,000.00.

SOLD – ± 230 AC., MOBILE HWY., MONTGOMERY, AL – May 24, 2015

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Arthur E. Marxer, et al. in the sale of 229.9 acres located at 6350 Mobile Hwy. (U.S. Hwy. 31) to The Water Works and Sanitary Sewer Board of the City of Montgomery.  The property is zoned  M-3.  The sales price was $688,000 ($3,000/Ac.).

Lee Meriwether, CCIM has represented Coastal Beach Investments, LLC in the lease of ± 6,300 S.F. of office space located at 9532 Wynlakes Place, Montgomery, AL.  The tenant is Specialized Alternatives for Families and Youth of Alabama, Inc.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.

Lee Meriwether, CCIM represented Steve Arnberg in the sale of a ± 1,000 S.F. office condo located at 2800 Zelda Road, Suite 200-8.  The Buyer was Robert Roberts.  The sales price was $70,000.
