John Stanley, CCIM has represented the Alabama Bankers Association in the sale of its former office building located at 534 Adams Avenue.  The Buyer is School Superintendents of Alabama.  The sales price was $550,000.00 ($50.08/S.F.).

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Crossgate, LLC in the lease of ± 1,687 S.F. of office space located at 8341 Crossland Loop, Montgomery, AL.  The Tenant is Wellsource Rx, LLC.  The terms of the Lease are undisclosed.

SOLD – ±1.49 AC., ATLANTA HWY., MONTGOMERY, AL – MARCH 31, 2016

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Cotton Field Place, LLC in the sale of a ±1.49 ac. parcel located at the corner of Atlanta Hwy. (U.S. Hwy. 80) and Arrowhead Dr. South to The Broadway Group, LLC.  The sales price was $325,180.00 ($5.00/S.F.).  The property will be developed as a Dollar General retail facility.

SOLD – MONTGOMERY, AL – MARCH 28, 2016

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently represented Jeremiah Henderson, et al, on the sale of a ±3.32 acre vacant lot located at 116 Techna Center Drive.  The Property is zoned 0-2. The Buyer was Alabama Municipal Electric Authority.  The sales price was $200,000.00.
