John Stanley, CCIM has represented Watson & Schendell Properties, LLC in the leasing of 2,160 square feet of office space located at 1763 Taliaferro Trail, Montgomery, Alabama.  The tenant is the Alabama Independent School Association.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed. 


SOLD – 14.63 ACRE RETAIL TRACT, PIKE ROAD, AL., FEBRUARY 12, 2020

Mark Dauber has represented TVM Investment Properties, LLC in the sale of a 14.63 acre retail tract located at the NE Corner of Vaughn Road and Pike Road.  The Property will be developed with two (2) separate outparcels fronting Vaughn Road plus an 11.63 acre parcel to be developed as a 69,869 S.F. retail center with Publix Super Market as the anchor tenant.  The Buyer is Shops at Pike Road, LLC.  The sales price for the entire property was $2,850,000.00 ($4.47/S.F.).

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently represented First Community Bank of Central Alabama in the sale of a ± 1.3 Acre lot fronting Highway 14 in Millbrook, Alabama. The site is adjacent to Rural Urgent Care and will be developed as a Taco Bell – the first in the Millbrook area.  The sales price was $485,000.00.
