John Stanley, CCIM has represented David P. Justice, et al in the sale of the former Mr. Sandman property located at 6075-6095 Atlanta Hwy., Montgomery, AL.  The building consists of 18,601 S.F. ground floor retail space plus a 13,409 S.F. upper-level storage space.  The Buyer was Eastpointe, LLC.  The sales price as $900,000.00.

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently represented Schilleci Distribution Property, LLC in a long-term lease of ± 14,163 S.F. of office / warehouse space located at 2540 MidPark Drive in Montgomery, Alabama.  The tenant is MGC, Inc.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.

SOLD – ± 37.5 ACRES, MILLBROOK, AL. MARCH 15, 2021

John Stanley, CCIM has represented SMB Land, LLC in the purchase of ± 37.5 acres located on Grandview Road, Millbrook, AL.  The property will be developed for single family residential use. The Seller was RMC & C Joint Venture, LLC. The sales price was $689,000.00 ($18,375.00/acre).  

SOLD – ± 9,530 S.F. OFFICE BUILDING, MONTGOMERY, AL. MARCH 2, 2021

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently completed the sale of a two story multi-tenant office building located at 449-457 St. Lukes Drive in Montgomery, Alabama.  The building was ± 9,530 S.F. and the property was zoned O-1. The sales price was $545,000.00 ($57.19/S.F.).  The second floor was vacant at the time of the sale.
