John Stanley, CCIM has represented Boyd Investments, LLC in the sale of a ± 1.89 acre lot located on Eastchase Parkway, Montgomery, Alabama.  The Buyer was Big River, LLC.    The property will be developed as a Big River Carwash. The sales price was $925,000.00 or $15.58/usable S.F. for ± 59,377 S.F.

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Boyd Investment, LLC in the sale of a ± 30,095 S.F. lot located on Eastchase Parkway, Montgomery, Alabama.  The Buyer was DG Montgomery, LLC.  The lot will be developed as a Guthrie’s Chicken Restaurant. The sales price was $481,520.00 ($16.00/S.F.).

LEASED – ± 12,628 S.F. WAREHOUSE SPACE, MONTGOMERY, AL. JUNE 30, 2022

Nim Frazer, Jr. SIOR has represented AmWaste of Alabama, LLC in leasing ± 12,628 S.F. of warehouse space located at 3120 Hayneville Road in Montgomery, AL.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.

John Stanley, CCIM has represented KAIYA 003, LLC in the sale of a restaurant property, formerly Fazoli’s, located at 789 Business Park Dr., Prattville, Alabama.  The building is ± 3,500 S.F. located on ± 1.26 acres.  The Buyer was HHSC Prattville, LLC.   The sales price was $1,700,000.00.
