SOLD – 2031 CARTER HILL ROAD, MONTGOMERY, AL. NOVEMBER 8, 2019

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently sold a building located at 2031 Carter Hill Road in Montgomery, Alabama. The building was ± 1,852 square feet the lot was ± 12,800 square feet and zoned B-2.  The sales price was $106,000.00. The Seller was Margarette Parrish. The Buyer was Resonate Real Estate, LLC.


SOLD – RETAIL PROPERTY, SELMA, AL., NOVEMBER 4, 2019

John Stanley, CCIM has represented H. K. Padhiar in the purchase of a former Rite Aid property located at 1018 Highland Avenue in Selma, Alabama.  The property consists of a    ± 12,200 S.F. building on a ± 1.38 acre parcel.  The Seller was The Frank Living Trust.    The sales price was $350,000.00.

John Stanley, CCIM has represented N & S Property, LLC in the sale of 38 Hunter Lane.  The property consists of a 6,658 S.F. building which is leased to PPG Architectural Finishes, Inc. The Buyer is World Capital Realty, LLC.  The sales price was $300,000.00 ($45.06/S.F.).


SOLD – RETAIL PROPERTY, DOWNTOWN MONTGOMERY, AL., NOVEMBER 13, 2018

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Sanctuary Investment Group, LLC in the purchase of a 4,800 S.F. building located at 23 South Court Street, Montgomery, AL.  The Seller was Dexter Avenue Development, LLC.  The building will be renovated for use as a cigar shop and lounge.  The sales price was $278,200.00 ($58.00/S.F.).
