John Stanley, CCIM has represented MR. MATTRESS, LLC in the leasing ± 18,228 S.F. of retail and warehouse space located at 6095 Atlanta Highway, Montgomery, AL.  The space will be used as a retail bedding outlet.  Opening is planned for June 1, 2021.   The Lessor is Eastpointe, LLC.  The terms of the Lease are undisclosed.

John Stanley, CCIM has represented David P. Justice, et al in the sale of the former Mr. Sandman property located at 6075-6095 Atlanta Hwy., Montgomery, AL.  The building consists of 18,601 S.F. ground floor retail space plus a 13,409 S.F. upper-level storage space.  The Buyer was Eastpointe, LLC.  The sales price as $900,000.00.


SOLD – RETAIL / WAREHOUSE BUILDING, MONTGOMERY, AL. NOVEMBER 20, 2020

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Truist Bank in the sale of a 5,850 S.F. retail / warehouse property located at 1851 Mount Meigs Road, Montgomery, AL.  The Buyer is Keystone International Investments, LLC.  The sales price was $112,350.00 ($19.24/S.F.)


LEASED – ± 3,200 S.F. RETAIL SPACE, COBBS FORD ROAD, PRATTVILLE, AL. OCTOBER 8, 2020

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Mr. Mattress, LLC in leasing ± 3,200 S.F. of retail space located at 2257 A Cobbs Ford Road, Prattville, AL.  The opening of Mr. Mattress at this location is scheduled for November 1, 2020.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.
