John Stanley, CCIM has represented Alabama Trucking Association, Inc. in the sale of a    ± 4.98 acre parcel located at 7580 Halcyon Pointe Drive, Montgomery, AL.  The Buyer is HHRE Montgomery I, LLC.  The property will be developed as a professional medical office building.  The sales price was $1,182,257.00 ($5.45/S.F.).

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Alabama Home Builders Self Insurers Fund in the leasing of ± 5,327 RSF of Class “A” office space located at Halcyon Pointe III, 7480 Halcyon Pointe Drive, Montgomery, AL.  The Tenant is JESCO, Inc.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.
