John Stanley, CCIM and Mark Dauber have sold the former Quality Inn and Suites property located at 1401 East Boulevard, Montgomery, Alabama. The Seller was AMREX Properties, LLC and the Buyer is Quality Hotels, L.L.C. The sale price was $850,000
