LEASED – ATLANTA HIGHWAY, MONTGOMERY, AL - OCTOBER 16, 2015 Lee Meriwether, CCIM represented Premier Holdings, LLC in a long term ground lease located on the Atlanta Highway in a development called Perry Hill Crossing that is currently under development.  The site will be developed as a Burger King restaurant.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.
