OFFICE SPACE, MONTGOGMERY, AL –JULY 13, 2015 Lee Meriwether, CCIM has recently represented Sykes Enterprises, Inc. in the negotiation of a long term lease for ± 48,181 S.F of Class A office space located at 201 Technacenter Drive.  The space will be used for a new call center and could employ up to 500 new jobs in Montgomery.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.
