John Stanley, CCIM has represented Montgomery Colonial Property, LLC in leasing an additional 3,594 RSF of office space at Capitol Commerce Center to Liquidity Services, Inc.  The terms of the Lease are undisclosed.

Lee Meriwether, CCIM and Nim Frazer, SIOR recently completed the sale of the Passion Church property located at 6000 Monticello Drive, Montgomery, Alabama to Fresh Anointing House of Worship.    The property consists of ± 4 acres with a ± 26,000 S.F. church building.  The sales price was $935,000.00.

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Meritage Office Group, LLC in the sale of a 7,212 S.F. office building located at 6728-6732 Taylor Court, Montgomery, AL.    The Buyer is HIJIN Properties, LLC.  The sales price was $495,000.00 ($68.65/ S.F.).

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Sunset Properties, LLC in the sale of a ± 35,969 S.F. lot located on Lagoon Business Loop in Montgomery, AL.    The Buyer is Capitol Estate Holdings, LLC.  The sales price was $115,000.00 ($3.20 / S.F.).

Mark Dauber has represented Ray W. Scott, Jr. in the sale of ± 25 acres of land located at the NE corner of I-65 and Tyson Road, Lowndes County, AL.  The Buyer was Research Holdings, LLC, d/b/a Love’s Travel Stops and Country Stores, Inc. The sales price was $650,000.00 ($26,000/acre).
