LEASED - 1288-A EAST MAIN STREET, PRATTVILLE, AL. FEBRUARY 8, 2019

Lee Meriwether, CCIM has represented Karla Boles Properties, LLC in a long-term lease for ± 2,525 S.F. of office space located at 1288-A East Main Street in Prattville, AL.  The tenant is Alabama Board of Pardons and Paroles.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.


SOLD - OFFICE BUILDINGS, MONTGOMERY, AL. FEBRUARY 1, 2019

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently represented Parker Properties, LLC in the sale of three (3) separate office buildings, located at 4750, 4754 and 4758 Woodmere Boulevard in Montgomery, Alabama. The square footage of all three (3) buildings was ± 8,000 S.F.  The Buyer was J.C. Federal Properties, LLC.  The sales price was $225,000.00 ($28.13/S.F.). 


SOLD – COMMERCIAL LOT, MILLBROOK, AL., JANUARY 29, 2019

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Spencer Swan, et al in the sale of a ± 1.17 acre commercial lot located at the N.W. corner of Cobbs Ford Road and AL. Hwy. 143 in Millbrook, AL.  The Buyer is WT2 Holdings, LLC.  The sales price was $110,000.00 ($2.16/S.F.).


LEASED – ± 5,900 S.F. CLASS “A” SPACE, MONTGOMERY, AL. JANUARY 28, 2019

John C. Stanley, CCIM has represented Montgomery Cardiovascular Associates, P.C. in leasing 5,900 S.F. of space located at Festival Plaza located on Vaughn Road and Taylor Road, Montgomery, AL.  This location will open in March, 2019 as a health and fitness center.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.
