John Stanley, CCIM has represented, All Fitness Solutions, Inc. in leasing ± 30,134 S.F. of Warehouse space at 201 Smothers Road, Montgomery, AL.  The Landlord is Industrial Partners, LLC.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.

John Stanley, CCIM has represented, AmeriFirst Bank in the sale of a ± 2.35 acre lot located at the northwest corner of Eastchase Parkway and Boyd Copper Parkway.  The Buyer is Milo’s II – Montgomery Eastchase, LLC.  The sales price was $924,736.00 ($11.75/ S.F. based on 78,701 usable S.F.).

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Church of The Highlands in its purchase of ± 25.7 acres on Taylor Road for its future Montgomery campus.  The Seller was Alfa Properties, Inc.  The sales price was $3,000,000.00 ($116,650/Ac.).
