In many cases, we can provide our services so that you only pay us a percentage of what you save on your property tax bill with a contacting service fee per property. Our fees structure is flexible depending on your specific needs. It is our intent to earn your future business through results that have an identifiable net benefit. John Stanly & Associates is prepared to provide review and appeal services for your property on a reasonable fee basis. A one-time annual management fee per property managed/represented plus a percentage of the tax savings secured by JOHN STANLEY & ASSOCIATES TAX APPEAL SERVICES, LLC from the property tax appeal process (informal level and/or County Board of Equalization hearing). Additional negotiations, fees and discussions will be required if appeal proceeds to the Circuit Court level.
Typically, our fee structures are contingent based on a percentage of any successful reduction in tax liability. Our demonstrated track record for achieving "fair share" tax reductions allows us to offer this fee structure with confidence, while our clients gain access to tax saving opportunities at low risk.
